Pam Childress
Director of Business Development and Retail Operations

Pam Childress joined Postcard from Paris Home | Linda McDougald Design in the spring of 2011 as business development and retail operations manager. Her focus is on identifying and managing new business opportunities as well as on strategic development and the day-to-day retail operations of the firm.

Holding a broker’s license in both North and South Carolina, Pam brings to the firm more than a decade of experience in the real estate market, understanding extremely well the current challenges and opportunities within that arena.  Most recently, she spent five years with a local high-end builder of custom homes where she was involved in client relations, project management, vendor coordination, and marketing.  She is a member of the Greenville Home Builders’ Association and the US Green Building Council and is currently pursuing her LEED for Home AP certification.

She holds a BS and MPA from Kansas State University.

Pam enjoys golf, traveling, and spending time with her family.
