Home Builders Association to donate portion of proceeds to For Our Children

(Greenville, SC, October 13, 2004): Postcard from Paris will design the interiors of two homes in the 2004 Home Builders Association of Greenville’s Parade of Homes at Montebello, taking place October 22 through October 24 and October 29 through October 31.  Tickets to the parade are $10, and $1 of each ticket will be donated to For Our Children, an ongoing community service campaign designed to raise funds for and awareness of local organizations dedicated to the wellness and development of Greenville’s children.

Postcard from Paris will design “La Bellezza” in Montebello and “Milena” at Villaggio di Montebello, a quaint European village at Montebello.  Exquisite antiques and artwork along with the finest contemporary furnishings, accessories, and textiles will bring the best of French and Italian interiors to the tour.

“This Parade of Homes is a perfect opportunity for Postcard from Paris to showcase its unique interiors style,” said Linda McDougald, co-owner of and designer at Postcard from Paris.  “The HBA has made our involvement all the more meaningful to us by supporting For Our Children through this parade.”

The Parade of Homes will be open during two weekends with Friday hours of 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. More information may be obtained by calling 864-232-5543.
