Postcard from Paris Selected as Design Partner for The Cliffs at Mountain Park
Local design firm to create furnished models, manage
selections for first phase of development

(Greenville, SC: June 19, 2006) Postcard from Paris, a local design firm and retail furnishings shop, has been selected as one of the exclusive interior design firms for The Cliffs at Mountain Park. The firm will provide interior design services, including selection of all interior specifications for the first phase of homes within The Cliffs’ newest private residential development. Postcard from Paris will also design four models, two of which will be furnished.

“This particular neighborhood enables us to blend the charm of old-world European with an incomparable mountain setting and post and beam architecture, creating an atmosphere of rustic elegance,” says Linda McDougald, co-owner and principle designer of Postcard from Paris. “We are thrilled to have another opportunity to work with The Cliffs Communities and contribute to one of their exceptional developments.”

The Cliffs at Mountain Park is a new gated, master-planned residential community announced in April in tandem with a comprehensive corporate partnership with golf legend Gary Player. This first phase of Mountain Park, called Timber Creek, will consist of 14 homes.

“Postcard from Paris has all of the qualities The Cliffs Communities looks for in a partner,” says Lucas Anthony, senior planning manager of The Cliffs Communities. “Creativity, energy, and a strong commitment to quality.”

Adds Mark Pechin, planning manager of The Cliffs at Mountain Park, “We saw their design team in action at the Signature Showcase of Homes at Mountain Park, and our customers were extremely pleased with their work. We are delighted to have them as a partner.”

Reservations are now being taken for the lots at The Cliffs at Mountain Park.
